For all appointments and inquiries, please call us on 02-5136 1229 or fill out the enquiry form and we will be in touch at the earliest opportunity.
Cancelling an appointment
Please allow at least “48 hours notice“ when cancelling an appointment and call us during office hours.This will allow us to offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation of appointment must be given to CDS within 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do this will incur a cancellation/non-attendance fee of $200.
We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
What to bring to your first appointment
Please be sure to bring the following with you to your appointment:
- The referral slip and any x-rays from your general dentist’s office.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- Any necessary dental insurance information if you have insurance.
- Medicare card is needed.
Note: Our friendly staff will contact you to fill out your medical history before the appointment.

We have a HICAPS machine for efficient and easy payment processing for your private health fund claims

Parking
Visitor parking is available in the building and there is also plenty of free parking at Florey shops.
